Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation.
During peak seasons, sales events, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you if there are any significant delays.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Options and Delivery Times
We currently ship to locations within India only.

- Delivery times begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order value.
We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value during promotional periods. Any applicable free shipping offers will be displayed on our website and applied automatically at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing:
- Shipping confirmation
- Tracking number
- Link to track your package
You can use this information to monitor your delivery status. Please allow 24-48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to become active.
Shipping Carriers
We partner with reputable courier services to deliver your case files safely. Our shipping partners may include:
- Delhivery
- Blue Dart
- DTDC
- India Post
- Other regional carriers
The carrier assigned to your order depends on your location and availability.
Delivery Attempts and Unclaimed Packages
Our shipping partners will typically make 2-3 delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the package may be:
- Held at a local pickup point
- Returned to us
If a package is returned due to failed delivery attempts, incorrect address, or refusal to accept, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Delays and Circumstances Beyond Our Control
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Shipping carrier delays or disruptions
- Incorrect or incomplete address provided by you
- Recipient unavailability
- Natural disasters, extreme weather, or acts of God
- Public holidays and postal service disruptions
- Civil unrest, strikes, or government actions
- Customs or regulatory holds
In such cases, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number, or reach out to us for assistance.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Lost Packages: If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check with neighbors or building security
- Contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number
- Contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date
We will investigate with the carrier and work toward a resolution.

Report any damage within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the damaged packaging and contents.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from:
- Incomplete addresses
- Incorrect PIN codes
- Missing phone numbers
- Outdated or old addresses
If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@crimekit.pro. Address changes can only be made before the order is dispatched.
International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping.
All orders must have a delivery address within India. If you are located outside India and interested in our products, please contact us — we may explore options on a case-by-case basis.
