Our Policy

Due to the nature of our murder mystery case files being one-time use entertainment products containing solutions and reveals, all sales are final. Once you have received your order, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Each case file is designed to be solved once — opening the sealed solution envelope or reviewing the case materials compromises the experience and makes the product non-resellable.

We encourage you to carefully review all product details, descriptions, and images on our website before completing your purchase.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

We take great care in packaging and shipping your case files. However, if you receive an order that is:

  • Damaged during shipping (torn, water-damaged, crushed packaging)
  • Defective (missing documents, printing errors, incomplete materials)
  • Incorrect (wrong case file or product sent)

When reporting an issue, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item
  • A brief description of the problem

We will evaluate the issue and, if applicable, arrange for a replacement to be sent at no additional cost.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • All murder mystery case files (opened or unopened)
  • Bundle packs and collections
  • Products where the sealed solution envelope has been opened
  • Items purchased during sales or promotional offers
  • Any product that has been used, viewed, or had its packaging opened

Refunds

Refunds are issued only in the following exceptional cases:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect AND a replacement is not possible (e.g., product out of stock)
  • Your order was lost in transit and cannot be located after investigation with the shipping carrier

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at support@crimekit.pro.


Order Cancellations

  • Before shipping: If your order has not yet been dispatched, you may request a cancellation by contacting us immediately. Cancellations are processed at our discretion and subject to order status.

  • After shipping: Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to the sections above regarding damaged or incorrect orders.


Product Variations

As stated in our Terms of Service, physical products may vary slightly from website images in terms of colors, print quality, paper texture, and overall appearance. Such variations do not qualify for returns, exchanges, or refunds and are considered part of the normal production process.
