OBJECTIVE 1

DISCOVER THE SECRET GUEST VISITOR

CLUE 1 - Look at the email from Vikram to Sameer carefully. Notice anything special about the first letter of each sentence?

CLUE 2 - The underlined letters are there for a reason. Read them in order from the beginning of the email.

CLUE 3 - It's an acrostic puzzle. The first letters spell out a name. The answer has two words. The first three letters of the first word are RAJ.

OBJECTIVE 2

WHO CLEARLY FABRICATED THEIR ALIBI?

CLUE 1 - The Mumbai Mirror newspaper has some very interesting articles. Read it carefully.

CLUE 2 - That name, Tanya Malhotra. I've seen it somewhere... Who is she dating?

CLUE 3 - Where did Rishabh say he was that night? And where was his girlfriend actually?

CRYPTIC EMAIL CLUE - It's an old phone keypad cipher (T9). Each number corresponds to letters on that key. The number of times a digit repeats tells you which letter.

CRYPTIC EMAIL HINT - 222 = C (third letter on key 2), 2 = A (first letter), 66 = N (second letter on key 6), 8 = T (first letter on key 8).

CRYPTIC EMAIL ANSWER - CANT MEET THIS WEEK. OUT OF TOWN.

OBJECTIVE 3

WHAT DOES HE KNOW ABOUT & WHO WAS HE MEETING?

CLUE 1 - The diary entries have some conflicting information... Kavya said she was broke, but something doesn't add up.

CLUE 2 - Kavya mentioned something about calling Vikram every day in her interrogation. What was her number? Check the phone records.

HINT: She never called Vikram. Her number does not appear in Vikram’s phone records.

CLUE 3 - Who was Rishabh messaging the night of the murder? Look at the deleted SMS.

CLUE 4 - The italicized words in the riddle are hints. Work out each number separately.

PUZZLE CLUE - It's a riddle where each line gives you one digit: trilogy = 3, solo = 1, half a dozen divided by two = 6÷2 = 3, square of two = 2² = 4

PUZZLE ANSWER - SAFE PASSWORD: 3134

OBJECTIVE 4

WHO KILLED VIKRAM AND STOLE THE MONEY?

CLUE 1 - Who was messaging Rajan the night of the murder? Look at the phone number on the burner phone SMS. Compare it to the numbers in the case.

CLUE 2 - There are 2 things in Rajan's military record that seem important. What was his specialization? And what is his nickname?

CLUE 3 - Wait, there's something strange Rajan said near the end of his interrogation... How did he know about the safe?
